Vendor Terms of Agreement

By signing/submitting this application, you hereby agree to follow and support these policies:

Vending

  • Each space measures 10’ x 10’. Assignments will be made by the Organizer.
  • Upon arrival to the event location please check in at the Info Booth PRIOR TO SETUP.
  • All vendors must provide all materials for their booth space, including tables, chairs, display equipment, tents and signage. If you are not assigned to a covered vendor booth space, tents for outdoor events are strongly encouraged!
  • And do not forget tent weights!!! YOU WILL BE ASKED TO TAKE DOWN YOUR TENT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TENT WEIGHTS. If a gusty wind from a storm occurs, this is a danger to you and our guests, tents are expensive– who wants to risk ruining theirs? (Ideas for tent weights– buckets with sand or cement, old-school window weights, pvc pipes filled with sand).
  • Lowcountry Pagan Pride (aka Savannah Pagan Pride or SAVPPD) will not be rescheduled for another date unless noted otherwise. This is a Rain or Shine event. Please plan accordingly.
  • The Event Organizer has the right to deny an application if several other applications have already been accepted for selling similar goods.
  • The vendor is responsible for all setups and leaving their space in the same or better condition than they found it. Failure to do so will result in possible application denial for future events.
  • Lowcountry Pagan Pride is not responsible for any lost/stolen items.
  • The sale or distribution of alcohol, firearms, and pornography will be prohibited.
  • The vendor is solely responsible for collecting and reporting all sales and taxes for their business.
  • Vending fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the event, your non-refundable vendor fee will be considered a donation.
  • Vendor space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. You may elect a section preference, but we do not guarantee your first choice.
  • No individual raffles or private donation requests other than a donation box on table are allowed.
  • Lowcountry Pagan Pride reserves the right to request anyone who does not comply with these rules to leave the event. Your fees will be forfeited and you will not be allowed to return.
  • WiFi is available
  • Vendor Setup time is from 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 2, 2024. Vendors must be ready by 10:00 a.m. Shutdown time starts at 5:00 p.m. All vendors must be packed up and gone by 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 2, 2024. DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY AND EXPECT TO SET UP. WE WILL REFUSE ENTRY UNTIL SETUP TIME OFFICIALLY BEGINS.

Parking/Unloading/Loading

If you are in a covered vendor space you will receive one parking (space for one large truck and trailer) available behind your booth. This is designated by chalk marking. Additional parking will be available in the special event parking lot. Please be respectful to our parking attendants.

Electricity Rules (per Keller’s Flea Market)

  • Electricity hookups are located on the post in every other stall with the exception of “G”, “H”, “I”, “J”, “K”, “L”, “M”, “N” & “O” Buildings.
  • These four buildings have been wired overhead. You will need a heavy duty extension cord to plug in.
  • Management will assist you in plugging in if you can not “flat-footedly” plug in. WE DO NOT WANT ANYONE CLIMBING ON TABLES!
  • Please tie heavy-duty extension cords to the bottom of the rafter with tie straps per the fire marshal.
  • The electricity schedule is set up at 2.0 amps per stall. Anything over 2.0 amps has to be approved by management.
  • Dealers may not add any electrical fixtures without management consent.
  • Extension cords will be of the “heavy duty” type only and at least 25′ as well as a surge protector. They need to be arranged so that they are not hazardous to you, other dealers or customers walking through the market.
  • Overloaded circuits are dangerous and will not be tolerated.
  • Management has the right to make any changes in this schedule as necessary.
  • Anything special, you should consult Lowcountry Pagan Pride for approval.
